Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make an impact on the lives of children by providing exceptional speech-language services in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity allows you to work with a dynamic team that values professional growth and high-quality care. You'll serve a diverse pediatric population, developing skills and confidence in your field alongside experienced colleagues passionate about student success.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an SLPA program (as applicable) Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome Experience within school-based settings or healthcare strongly preferred Pediatric caseload experience highly valued Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy for students Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress and ensure program effectiveness Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal standards Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations to team members Offer support, guidance, and resources to educators and families to facilitate carryover of skills Utilize a variety of service delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy as needed This is an excellent opportunity for both seasoned SLPs and those new to the profession, including CFY candidates and SLPAs, eager to make a difference and expand their expertise.
