Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Experience providing speech, language, and communication support in a school or pediatric setting preferred Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement effective therapy strategies Familiarity with school-based documentation systems and compliance requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate on the development and review of IEPs Use evidence-based practices to address communication, articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and required records
