Job Description

Make an impact supporting students communication and language development as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract assignment near Andover, MN. This school-based role offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated educational team while helping students reach their full potential. Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities A genuine passion for supporting childrens development and educational success
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in groups Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for student support Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines This contract role allows you to make meaningful connections and positively influence young lives in a collegial school setting.
