Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school in Anoka, MN is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for direct hire contract positions starting mid-August 2026. These roles offer the chance to work within a dynamic educational environment, providing essential speech and language services to a diverse student population. Position #1 focuses on supporting students in grades 6 through 12, while Position #2 involves working with a mixed caseload of elementary-aged students and secondary students attending an online school. Both positions require managing caseloads ranging from 40 to 55 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to assigned students with diverse communication needs Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on student assessments Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes Participate in new staff orientation and ongoing professional development
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion required Experience in school-based speech-language therapy, including teletherapy, is highly desirable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
