As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping young learners develop essential language and social skills. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to make a difference while working a convenient Monday-Friday schedule at a single location near Princeton, MN.

What We're Looking For:

Current MN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or candidates working toward their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome Background in pediatric SLP, especially within a school environment Experience or comfort managing an elementary school caseload Skilled in delivering small group and individual therapy sessions Proficiency in conducting evaluations and participating in IEP meetings Strong collaboration abilities for working with educators and families Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Your Core Responsibilities:

Carry out assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with each student's IEP Provide engaging speech and language therapy, both one-on-one and in group settings Attend and participate in IEP meetings; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain detailed records and ongoing progress monitoring Work closely with teachers and families to support student development Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere You'll be based at one elementary school, engaging with students and staff in a supportive, vibrant setting.
