Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by providing expert speech-language therapy services within a supportive middle and high school environment. This contract opportunity is perfect for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have a strong background in pediatrics and school-based settings. As a full-time SLP, you'll play an essential role in helping students develop vital communication skills and achieve academic success.
Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC required) Clinical experience in pediatric and school-based settings Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists Strong organizational skills and a passion for student-centered therapy Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to middle and high school students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop tailored therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective interventions and classroom strategies Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth
