Key Skills & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders Current, active Ohio SLP license Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience working with children in a school environment is highly valued Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify speech and language disorders among students Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs Deliver therapy in both one-on-one and small group settings, fostering effective learning and progress Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to contribute to and execute each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Document progress, maintain records, and communicate thoughtfully with parents and team members This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through May 16, 2025, with approximately 20 hours per week that can be adapted based on your schedule needs.
