Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Manuscript Refactor initiative on schedule and with high quality.
• Drive alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
• Reduce technical complexity by supporting the removal of legacy customizations.
• Establish a strong foundation for future migration to Duck Creek OnDemand.
• Lead with accountability, transparency, collaboration, and a focus on results.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Duck Creek Manuscript Refactor initiative.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, budget, and project governance.
• Drive accountability and collaboration across business, technology, testing, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and executive-level status reporting.

qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas is required.
• {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.

g., Business Administration, Communications, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas.
