Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs among K-12 students Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing various communication challenges Deliver therapy services through both individual and small-group sessions Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute students IEPs Maintain detailed, timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes Offer ongoing support and consultation to staff and caregivers to maximize student success This position offers flexibility, with options for full-time or part-time schedules, typically around 20 hours per week.
