Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students communication needs Delivering therapy services through both one-on-one and group sessions Collaborating closely with teachers and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintaining accurate documentation and regularly communicating progress with families and the educational team

Preferred Background & Skills:

Masters degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders Current Ohio SLP license (CCC preferred) Previous experience working in school settings with children of diverse backgrounds Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills A passion for empowering students to reach their full potential
