9687443-19013 Job Description Step into a dynamic role supporting students communication and mobility needs within a thriving educational environment. We are seeking dedicated clinicians to provide vital speech-language pathology and physical therapy services onsite across elementary, middle (Toby Farms, grades 6-8), and high school caseloads. You will be collaborating with school teams to deliver comprehensive therapy solutions for students in an urban school setting.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid and current licensure for Speech-Language Pathologist or Physical Therapist (specific to school setting) Previous experience within school environments, preferably urban settings Ability to obtain all necessary Pennsylvania clearances prior to start Reliable transportation for daily, onsite attendanceremote or hybrid options are not available Comfortable and experienced working in diverse school populations and locations Flexible to provide therapy services between 7:15AM and 4PM, without schedule modifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions for a designated elementary, middle (Toby Farms, grades 6-8), or high school caseload Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Perform student assessments, deliver progress evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to advance student learning and growth Ensure adherence to compliance standards and professional practices Participate in scheduled meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as assigned This is a full-time, onsite contract position with 35 hours per week. Assignments begin as soon as possible and run through June 10, 2027. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
