Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 PM-1:30 AM RedLine Protection Group LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Guard for a nightlife/lounge location in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment and can maintain a professional presence while interacting with guests, staff, and management.

Responsibilities include:

monitoring the lounge and guest activity, assisting with access and crowd control, identifying potential problems before they escalate, professionally handling disruptive or intoxicated guests, supporting management when necessary, helping maintain a safe environment, and documenting/reporting incidents.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, able to pass a clean background check, have reliable transportation, be dependable and punctual, possess strong communication and de-escalation skills, and be available consistently on Saturday and Sunday nights. Previous security, nightclub/lounge, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred. This is a part-time position with the possibility of additional shifts as RedLine Protection Group continues to expand.

Pay:
