9654459-05032 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students in a vibrant educational setting near Bethel, VT. This onsite opportunity focuses on delivering Speech-Language Pathology services to an elementary caseload, spanning Pre-K through 8th grade, for the 2026-2027 school year. Youll work full-time hours (37.5 per week), collaborating with a small group of around 40 students to help them reach their communication goals.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CCC or Clinical Fellow welcomed) Experience in schools and/or pediatric healthcare settings preferred Strengths working with diverse elementary caseloads SLPA supervision experience is advantageous Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students PreK8th grade Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and consult with SLPA onsite, ensuring quality support and progress Maintain thorough student records and compliance with IEPs and documentation requirements Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to a supportive school community, fostering students' academic and social development
