e2138-05633 Job Description Step into a rewarding full-time, on-site opportunity focused on supporting pediatric students in a school-based setting near Montpelier, VT. This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a positive difference in childrens communication and academic success. Candidates who are newly graduated or progressing through their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply, as are seasoned SLPs.

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY-supervision State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication and speech/language disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to students needs Provide consultation, support, and resources to school staff and families Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy progress, evaluations, and required reports Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with evidence-based practices In addition to joining a supportive educational community, youll have access to a robust package of benefits that includes health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
