We are a SLP owned and operated business looking for clinicians who are passionate about 0-3 population. In this role, you will support licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to individuals in Early Intervention ages 0-3. Your enthusiasm for helping children and individuals with disabilities will drive impactful communication improvements and foster positive developmental outcomes. Locations:

We have openings in: Napa, Fairfield, Suisun, Vallejo, American Canyon, Saint Helena, Angwin Duties Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each client's needs. Support clients with language disorders, speech sound disorders, fluency issues, voice problems, and other communication challenges through engaging therapy activities. Conduct therapy sessions under supervision, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote child language development and support early intervention initiatives in client's homes. Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive care plans aligned with IFSP and treatment goals. Monitor client progress by documenting session outcomes, updating therapy notes, and communicating results to supervising professionals. Maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and speech-language pathology principles to effectively support therapy activities. Requirements Hold an

Active CA SLPA License:

Issued by the

SLPAHADB.

Certification from ASHA (C-SLPA) alone is not sufficient for California practice; but recommended

Education & Fieldwork:

Possess an approved Associate degree in SLPA or a Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders, alongside at least 100 hours of supervised clinical fieldwork through an accredited institution.

Background Check:

Have cleared Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI Live Scan fingerprinting.

Preferred but not required:

Prior experience working with children and individuals with disabilities in educational or clinical settings is highly preferred. If not bilingual, open to working with an interpreter in sessions is highly preferred (interpreter provided for Bilingual families) Familiarity with early intervention practices and pediatric development is essential for success in this role. Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology enhances your ability to collaborate efficiently.
