Job Description

We're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys variety in their day and wants to make an impact across multiple school communities. This full-time role supports students district-wide, giving you the opportunity to work with a wide range of ages and needs throughout the school year.
What This Role Looks Like:
Full-time, 40 hours per week 2026-2027 school year (August 10, 2026 - June 4, 2027) Option to start earlier with ESY if you're available Supporting multiple school sites across the West End (Morongo Valley Joshua Tree) Working with a K-12 student population Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between sites
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering therapy services based on plans created by the supervising OT Supporting students in meeting their IEP goals Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families throughout the district Keeping documentation organized and up to date Traveling between campuses as part of your weekly schedule
What We're Looking For:
Active California COTA license School-based or pediatric experience is a plus Someone adaptable, organized, and comfortable working across multiple locations Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
