Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Schedule:

Full-Time | School-Based | Onsite We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Newark, DE. The selected candidate will work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and educational team to provide speech and language services to students throughout the school day. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language services to students under the supervision of an SLP Work with students individually and in small-group settings Implement treatment plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP Support students with speech, language, communication, and related needs Collect and document student data to assist with progress monitoring Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, special education staff, and other members of the educational team Maintain accurate documentation and follow district procedures Requirements Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a closely related field Current Delaware state licensure/credential required to practice as an SLPA Minimum of 1 year of school-based SLPA experience required Previous experience working with pediatric and/or special education populations preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work full-time and onsite in Newark, DE Must meet all applicable state and district requirements Position Highlights Full-time school-based schedule Competitive weekly compensation Benefits options for eligible employees Support from an experienced recruiting team throughout the assignment Opportunity to work directly with students and make an impact on their communication and educational success If you're an experienced SLPA licensed in Delaware and looking for your next full-time school-based opportunity in Newark, apply today! #p34
