Category Nursing•Sterile Processing Tech Job Type Contract Deliver vital support to a dynamic healthcare setting as a Central Sterile Processing Technician. This role is essential in ensuring all instruments and products are processed to the highest standards, directly contributing to patient safety and procedural success.
Schedule:
Two openings: 3:00pm•11:30pm One opening: 11:00pm•7:30amKey Qualifications:
5-7 years of relevant experience in sterile processing required Current BLS certification and Sterile Processing Technician certification mandatory Proven strong communication, reliability, and attendance Ability to follow directions and interact positively within a large clinical team Eager to participate in ongoing training and skills developmentWhat You'll Do:
Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment according to strict protocols Ensure all supplies meet internal and regulatory standards of cleanliness and sterility Accurately document sterilization processes, inventory, and equipment maintenance Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, surgical teams, and other medical professionals Respond promptly to urgent requests for supplies or instrument sets to support surgeries and procedures Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and control guidelinesPosition Highlights:
