Key Qualifications:

5-7 years of relevant experience in sterile processing required Current BLS certification and Sterile Processing Technician certification mandatory Proven strong communication, reliability, and attendance Ability to follow directions and interact positively within a large clinical team Eager to participate in ongoing training and skills development

What You'll Do:

Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment according to strict protocols Ensure all supplies meet internal and regulatory standards of cleanliness and sterility Accurately document sterilization processes, inventory, and equipment maintenance Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, surgical teams, and other medical professionals Respond promptly to urgent requests for supplies or instrument sets to support surgeries and procedures Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and control guidelines
