$55.90 per hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You'll Do Assist in cardiovascular and hybrid OR cases, including CVOR, spine, orthopedics, vascular, general surgery, and robotics procedures Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies according to aseptic techniques Support surgeons and team members during complex cardiovascular procedures such as aortic repairs, valve replacements, and EVAR Ensure adherence to radiation safety, laser safety, sharps safety, and universal protocol procedures Float within scope to meet facility needs, including covering other ORs as assigned Maintain accurate charting using Epic/Excellian systems Follow infection control policies and ensure patient safety throughout procedures

What You Need Required:

Certified as NBSTSA and BLS certified Minimum 2 years of CVOR and OR experience Knowledge of cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic case procedures and skills Strong aseptic technique and safety protocol adherence

Preferred:

Experience with robotic surgery (XI robotics) Ability to work in a fast-paced, teaching environment About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading teaching hospital with 317 beds and a Level 3 trauma designation. The facility offers modern ORs supporting 40-50 cases daily across 20 rooms. This assignment features a day schedule with an alternative mid-shift option, providing flexibility for team members committed to delivering high-quality surgical care.
