Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) $26.00-$40.70 per hour | 30/40 Flex | 10-Hour Shifts Monday-Friday | No Weekends | No Call | No Holidays Why Work With Us? We are seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical team. You'll work closely with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia professionals, and fellow surgical technologists in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on efficient, high-quality surgical care. Schedule & Position Highlights 30/40 flex position 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday No weekends No call No holidays Predictable outpatient surgical schedule Variety of surgical specialties and procedures Collaborative, team-focused work environment Pay $26.00-$40.70 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Maintain and monitor the sterile field throughout surgical procedures. Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other members of the surgical team. Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures. Perform surgical counts and follow established patient-safety protocols. Assist with specimen collection, labeling, and handling. Identify and address equipment or instrument issues promptly. Assist with efficient room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures. Follow infection prevention, sterilization, and regulatory standards. Assist with suturing or other technical functions when appropriate, under the direction of the surgeon and consistent with facility policy and scope of practice. Accurately complete required surgical documentation. Qualifications Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and infection prevention practices. Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment. Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred, but not required. Ready for a Better OR Schedule?
