What You'll Contribute:

Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and sterile technique Support surgeons by preparing, arranging, and passing instruments and supplies Manage CVOR equipment and monitor surgical environments for quality and compliance Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adapting to diverse leadership and workflow styles Uphold infection control practices in all aspects of perioperative care

Required Experience & Skills:

Certification or completion of an accredited CVOR Tech or Surgical Technology program Previous CVOR experience strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of cardiac surgical procedures and instrumentation Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
