Our mission is to provide families with state-of-the-art imaging, accurate diagnostics, and exceptional wellness care in a serene, welcoming environment. Our services range from dating scans, anatomy scans, biophysical profiles , and other diagnostic studies to 2D/3D/4D/HD elective ultrasounds that celebrate the joy of pregnancy. Position Overview Are you passionate about delivering excellent care and service while helping families connect with and understand their health? We are seeking a smiling, energetic, and compassionate Ultrasound Technician who is confident performing diagnostic OB/GYN studies while also delivering exceptional customer service during elective keepsake sessions. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in both the client-facing spa environment and the clinical diagnostic setting . This role requires a balance of technical expertise and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Diagnostic Ultrasound Duties Perform high-quality OB/GYN diagnostic exams , including: Dating/viability scans Anatomy scans Biophysical profiles Limited OB studies as needed Capture and optimize diagnostic images according to clinical protocols. Upload studies for radiology review and ensure timely delivery of reports to referring providers. Maintain full compliance with imaging standards, documentation requirements, infection control, and safety protocols. Elective Ultrasound Duties Perform elective 2D/3D/4D/HD Live imaging and gender determination sessions (8-40 weeks). Provide families with keepsake images, videos, heartbeat recordings, and memorable experiences. Communicate clearly and compassionately to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. General Responsibilities Greet and escort clients, ensuring comfort throughout the session. Manage appointments, payments, and inquiries via phone, text, and email. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace (including probe HLD, supply management, and light cleaning). Contribute to social media content creation when appropriate. Protect confidentiality of all patient and business information. Qualifications ARDMS Registered in OB/GYN (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or healthcare) preferred. Ability to adapt and thrive in a new and growing practice .
