Header:

Responsibilities Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations, including Doppler studies, to assess blood flow, vessel structure, and function. Operate and maintain specialized medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and other diagnostic tools with precision. Collaborate with physicians and interventional radiologists to provide detailed imaging results for diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures. Analyze cardiac rhythm data, vital signs, and physiological parameters to support comprehensive cardiovascular assessments. Document findings accurately in patient records, preparing detailed reports for medical review and further diagnostics. Assist in interventional radiology procedures and cardiac catheterization processes when necessary, supporting the broader scope of cardiovascular care.

Header:

Skills Extensive knowledge of vascular ultrasound imaging techniques and sonography principles. Proficiency in cardiac diagnostics including echocardiography, cardiac stress tests, and cardiac rhythm analysis. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to cardiovascular health. Experience operating advanced medical equipment such as ultrasound devices, PACS systems, and cath lab tools. Familiarity with interventional cardiology procedures and level I/II trauma center protocols is highly desirable. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluation with attention to detail under pressure in emergency medicine settings. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and explaining procedures to patients effectively.
