The Online Fitting & Support team plays an important role in delivering a best-in-class fitting experience to 2nd Swing golfers. The Online Golf Club Fitter works directly with golfers through phone, email, and chat to understand their game, goals, and equipment needs and provide personalized club recommendations. This is an in-office role in Bloomington, MN with weekend shift requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of golf equipment and fitting principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping golfers find equipment that fits their game. Previous club fitting experience is preferred. The ability to build relationships, ask effective questions, make confident recommendations, and provide an exceptional customer experience is essential.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized online golf club fittings through phone, email, and chat Assess golfers' needs, goals, swing characteristics, and equipment preferences Recommend golf clubs and equipment based on each golfer's individual needs Provide knowledgeable guidance on club specifications, shafts, grips, and equipment technology Educate golfers on equipment options and help them make confident purchasing decisions Maintain a high level of golfer engagement and satisfaction throughout the fitting process Stay current on golf equipment, manufacturers, product launches, and fitting technology Participate in ongoing training to develop product and fitting expertise
Qualifications:
3+ years of golf club fitting experience 500+ completed golf club fittings OEM fitting certifications from major golf club manufacturers Strong working knowledge of golf equipment, club specifications, shafts, and fitting principles Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to confidently analyze golfer needs and make personalized equipment recommendations Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and bending. Comfortable working in an office setting.

Compensation:
