Responsibilities Prepare cake batter, fillings, and icings using various kitchen equipment and tools. Prepare desserts for daily production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders. Stay updated on industry trends and new decorating techniques to enhance skills. Experience Previous experience in a baking role within the food industry is required. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pastry preparation and decoration. Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools. Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance in all aspects of food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
