We are a small family run atelier, respecting the ancient bread making techniques using levain only, for all of our products. The bakery to us is not just a place to work, but a place to live and grow. This job is ideal for someone who is highly disciplined, efficient, self-motivated, open minded, interested in working with others, curious about the science of fermentation and an artist at heart with skilled hands. Our boulangerie's days and hours of operation make for a great work and life balance that is unique in this field. We value our family ambiance, and believe in creating long term relationships. We provide organic meals & snacks, paid yearly vacation during winter holidays as well as 401K. The qualified candidate will need to:

• have a minimum of 1 year experience (more preferred) in bakery production or food facility
