Dough Maker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough according to recipes and production schedules
• Measure and mix ingredients to form dough
• Operate and maintain dough-making equipment
• Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure proper storage and handling of dough
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a catering, restaurant, or food production setting preferred
• Knowledge of pastry and dough-making techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
