A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at coffee houses or coffee bars. Takes customer orders, serves baked goods and snacks, runs and maintains coffee making equipment and monitors supplies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism Take orders at the counter, process payments, and handle busy service with ease Have strong knowledge of our menu items (ingredients, flavors, and pairings) Communicate clearly with leadership, kitchen, and front-of-house team Maintain a clean, organized cafe throughout your shift (tables, counters, bathrooms, floors) Pour and serve beer and wine (must be of legal age) Perform all opening and closing duties as directed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience required — previous barista or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred Flexible availability — must be able to work a mix of weekdays, weekends, and varied shifts as needed Outgoing personality and commitment to exceptional customer service A true team player with strong communication skills Dependable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Neat, professional appearance at all times Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts
