We're passionate about high-quality coffee, house-made syrups, and creating a fun, dog-friendly atmosphere. Position We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as baristas and crew members. You'll help run the coffee trailer, serve our customers, and bring the Cowdog Coffee experience to life. Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages Make smoothies, bagels, and avocado toast for customers Prep ingredients for drinks and food items (house-made syrups, toppings, spreads, etc.) Handle dishes and maintain a clean and organized trailer environment Perform general cleaning duties throughout the day to ensure a sanitary workspace Handle cash and card transactions accurately Provide friendly, upbeat, and professional customer service to both horse-show attendees and dog lovers Represent Cowdog Coffee with a positive, can-do attitude Qualifications Prior barista or food service experience preferred (but not required—training provided) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to lift 30 lbs (supplies, equipment, etc.) Weekend availability is essential (most horse shows run Tuesday-Sunday) Love for dogs and/or equestrian events a plus!
