Atomic Cat Coffee & Boba is looking for experienced baristas and boba associates to join our summer crew. We're building a team of positive, hardworking people who enjoy creating great drinks, delivering exceptional customer service, and working together to create memorable experiences. This position is perfect for experienced baristas, café professionals, restaurant team members, college students on summer break, teachers, or anyone looking for an exciting seasonal opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Craft espresso beverages and specialty coffee drinks Prepare boba teas, refreshers, and signature beverages Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction Take orders and process payments accurately Keep the café and workstations clean, organized, and stocked Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily operations Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality and consistency What We're Looking For Previous barista, boba shop, café, or fast-paced food service experience is required.

Preferred qualifications:

Espresso machine experience Boba preparation experience POS/cash handling experience Passion for coffee and specialty beverages You are: Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Professional and punctual Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Available to work weekends Have reliable transportation to Del Mar and/or San Juan Capistrano Pay Tips + $20. 00 per hour + depending on experience Flexible part-time scheduling Fun, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work exciting horse events Potential for future opportunities as Atomic Cat Coffee & Boba continues to grow Ready to Join the Crew?
