Boba Barista About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Boba Barista to join our team! You'll be preparing and serving specialty drinks including milk teas, fruit teas, coffee, and other signature beverages. A successful Boba Barista is passionate about great service, pays attention to detail, and enjoys creating an excellent experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude Take accurate orders and recommend drinks based on customer preferences Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and quality standards Handle payments (cash and credit cards) accurately and responsibly Keep the bar area, equipment, and tools clean and organized Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed Ensure equipment is working properly and report any issues Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times Share customer feedback with managers and suggest new ideas for the menu Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and patience with customers Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings High school diploma or equivalent
