Collins. We are currently hiring for part-time barista positions for up to 25 hours/week. Closing shifts and at least one weekend shift is mandatory. Looking for open availability and flexibility. Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food with friendly, personalized attention towards every customer in a fast-paced environment. They are also responsible for educating customers about our products and answering any questions about our menu. We offer competitive wages, with cash tips daily. Responsibilities and Duties Welcomes all customers through the door with friendly, personal service. Prepares drinks and pastries by following recipe and presentation instructions. Performs routine cleaning and side work during and at end of shift. Assists with weekly order deliveries, including checking in and putting away orders, wrapping pastries. Qualifications and Skills Must have an outgoing, upbeat, and friendly personality, genuinely enjoy conversing with people Have a passion for coffee! Prior coffee service experience (preferred but not required), prior fast-paced customer service experience in retail or food service environment Available to work morning, mid-day, and/or closing shifts, including weekends every week Reliable transportation Can work a minimum of 15 hours per week up to 35 hours per week Can commit to a minimum of one year of service for the company (not just seasonal help) Benefits With tips, employees average $18-20 per hour!
