Pay & Career Growth Starting pay: $15.00/hour + tips Barista pay range: $15.00-$17.00/hour + tips

Shift Lead:

additional $1.00/hour when officially scheduled as Shift Lead Initial performance review around 90 days Additional performance review around 6 months Continued performance and pay reviews as employees grow Pay increases are based on performance, reliability, skill development, responsibility, and business needs Raises and promotions are not automatic Strong team members may be considered for Shift Lead and Supervisor opportunities What You'll Do Prepare milk tea, matcha, fruit tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks according to recipes and SOPs Maintain consistent drink quality, appearance, and portion standards Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service Prepare tea, toppings, ingredients, and other daily supplies Pack pickup and delivery orders accurately Keep the bar, equipment, storage areas, and customer areas clean and organized Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities Work efficiently with teammates during busy periods Follow food safety, sanitation, and store operating standards What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Responsible communication Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and accept feedback Ability to follow recipes and operating procedures consistently Strong cleanliness and organization habits Good teamwork and communication Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take on more responsibility over time Stable availability and commitment to scheduled shifts Previous experience in boba shops, cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, or customer service is helpful, but not required. Career Growth Strong employees may grow into additional responsibilities over time. Barista Learn drink preparation, customer service, cleaning standards, opening/closing procedures, and daily store operations. Shift Lead Help lead individual shifts, monitor drink quality, check SOP execution, maintain accurate packing and delivery orders, manage daily prep levels, maintain cleanliness standards, and help the shift run smoothly. Supervisor Take on broader responsibility for training, SOP enforcement, recurring quality issues, employee discipline, customer feedback patterns, and overall store standards. We are looking for people who want to grow with Let's Tea. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Weekday and weekend availability preferred Flexible availability is a plus
