Tasting Room Associate

Job Summary Generate sales by introducing and educating customers on available product line. General Accountabilities Greets customers positively and remains attentive at all times Focuses on promoting and educating the customer on products Pours tastings and gives product information Prepares simple cocktails Replenishes tasting room products as needed Rotates stock and merchandise according to procedures Requisitions and stocks liquor, wine, beverages and supplies. Maintains the cleanliness, safety and security of the premises according to policy •Other duties defined in the employee handbook. •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications Education:

Valid certification for the serving of alcohol preferred

Experience:

A few months to 1 year of experience Reliable transportation Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening Previous bartending experience helpful but not required
