BARISTAS & CASHIERS

Kuppi Coffee Company is a specialty coffee shop located on the banks of the Hudson River in Edgewater, NJ. We are looking for friendly, responsible people with a passion for great service at register and barista positions. A passion for coffee is a plus but a team oriented attitude is a must. Part time and full time positions available.

HIRING MAINLY COUNTER STAFF.

Barista positions are offered to those with a strong background in specialty coffee (i.e. knowledgable in extraction theory, latte art, measuring TDS, etc). Barista training is offered to counter staff who have shown strong initiative and interest in coffee.

Requirements:

•A flexible schedule (mornings AND nights). Weekend availability

REQUIRED.

Work Location:

In person Responsibilities Greet customers and take accurate beverage and food orders at the counter. Prepare non-alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea, espresso, latte art) to standard quality and consistency. Operate the POS system, handle cash/credit transactions, and manage basic math for change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area, including food handling and safety practices. Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and assist with dishwashing. Deliver warm, in-person customer service and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service.
