Duties Prepare and serve food items such as donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and beverages following company standards for quality and presentation Operate POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Restock supplies, manage food inventory levels, and assist with bussing tables or cleaning as needed Support team members during busy periods by assisting in food preparation or serving customers promptly Requirements Prior Dunkin experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy Ability to perform food handling duties safely while adhering to sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment

$15.92 - $18.00 per hour
