Job Overview As a Bobarista, you'll be responsible for preparing drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a clean and organized shop. Every team member plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare boba teas, coffees, and specialty beverages according to Panda Boba Tea recipes and standards. Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service. Take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café. Wash dishes and keep workstations stocked and ready. Restock ingredients, cups, toppings, and supplies throughout the shift. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties. Learn seasonal drinks, promotions, and new menu items. Work efficiently with teammates during busy periods. Qualifications Positive attitude with strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Schedule Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week) Shifts may include:

1:00 PM - 8:00 PM (arrive at 1:00 PM to prepare for the 2:00 PM opening)
Closing Shift:
