What You'll Do:

Deliver top-tier customer service with a smile Prepare drinks, boba, and light desserts to spec Learn, memorize and recommend products from our menu and packaged goods Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with food prep in the back of house Work the register and greet every guest with enthusiasm ⸻

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, passionate, and cheerful personality (very important!) Love for bubble tea is a must Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must have reliable transportation Willingness to respond to and resolve customer concerns A team player Someone who insists on providing great customer service and have the ability to build and grow customer relationships Experience is a plus, but not required.
