Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and create a lively yet professional atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the event. Handle cashing out customers with accuracy using retail math skills while managing cash handling responsibilities responsibly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Experience in food industry roles such as catering or food service enhances your ability to adapt quickly in diverse settings.
