Bartender

Neon Moon is a bar. The kind of bar with with dancin' and drinkin', cold beer, friendly faces, and good cocktails. We are looking for a part-time bartender. This position is especially part-time taking into consideration that most of our shifts are currently filled, however we struggle when there are call-outs and time-off requests. So this position would average 1-2 shifts per week, varied between weekdays and weekends. With solid performance, more shifts could be considered. Our ideal candidates would be a hospitality-minded individuals with extensive knowledge of beer, spirits, and cocktails. A person who knows how to hustle and work with a sense of urgency while keeping a smile on their face. To us, that's mostly what bartending is...knowing how to make a drink and knowing how to make friends. A lot of them. At the same time. This is not an entry-level position with extensive general training on bartending. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly pick up our systems and contribute immediately.
