Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages as a bartender, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver prompt, friendly service as wait staff Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and culinary standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation and cooking processes Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety procedures, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment Support high-volume food production while adhering strictly to food handling safety regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Follow food safety management protocols, including proper storage, handling, and temperature controls Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant work, catering, or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and kitchen safety standards Demonstrated culinary skills including knife techniques, grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food production processes Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Familiarity with high-volume production environments and fast-paced service settings Knowledge of dietary considerations and experience working within dietary departments is a plus Food industry experience involving food handling, food preparation, and meal assembly Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills make a difference!
