Job Description
Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer engagement, and efficient service will be key to elevating our venue's lively atmosphere. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, you'll be the heart of the action, delivering top-tier hospitality with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties, processing payments swiftly, and balancing registers at shift end. Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving food at bars or during catering events like banquets or private parties. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; intervene appropriately if necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality background preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations; familiarity with restaurant or food industry math essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails; nightclub experience is a plus.
