Originally established in the 1920s as Snowden's... now a modern American, wood-fired, scratch kitchen restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. The Role We're hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Whether you're running a full dining room section or working the bar during a rush, we're looking for people who bring polish, speed, and genuine hospitality to every table and every pour. What You'll Do Provide attentive, knowledgeable service across the dining room and/or bar Take and accurately enter food and drink orders using our POS system (Toast) (Bartenders) Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, wine, and beer with speed and consistency Upsell thoughtfully — know the menu, the specials, and the story behind them Handle multiple tables or bar guests simultaneously without dropping quality Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked section or bar throughout service Handle cash and card transactions accurately Work as part of a team during high-volume rushes, private events, and daily service What We're Looking For Proven experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant/bar environments Strong cocktail and wine knowledge Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure Excellent communication and guest-service instincts Flexible availability... evenings, weekends, and holidays required A genuine appreciation for independent, chef-driven restaurants Must be able to obtain any required food safety/alcohol service certifications Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible scheduling considered for the right candidate.
