Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS Systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and tabs Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine service, and spirits expertise Open Availabity is a must
