Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely service delivery. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with food handling when required. Uphold all food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or event functions when applicable. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse patrons positively. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous but not required; hospitality background preferred.
