Position:

Full-Time Barback Responsibilities:

Delight our guests with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity. Foster a positive and respectful work environment by collaborating effectively with fellow team members. Exhibit strong organizational and efficiency skills to handle fast-paced service with precision. Possess a deep understanding of food and beverage to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Embrace a continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and refining your craft. Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays, to accommodate our guests' needs. Assist bartenders with stocking and closing.

Qualifications:

Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for food, cocktails, and fine dining experiences. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food and beverage best practices and a desire to expand your knowledge in the field. 1 year restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale cocktail bar. A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
