Bar Back (Fine Dining Restaurant)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bar Back to support our bar team in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands the importance of precision, cleanliness, and seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders with daily bar operations to ensure efficient and timely service Stock and replenish bar inventory, including spirits, wine, glassware, garnishes, and ice Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing and polishing glassware Prepare garnishes and ingredients to the restaurant's exact standards Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly and discreetly Ensure bar stations are fully set up before service and properly broken down afterward Support compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Anticipate bartender needs and proactively assist during peak service times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
