Job Description

Join Our Team — BartenderOverview We believe great hospitality starts with how we take care of the people who provide it. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Bartender who understands that bartending is about so much more than making drinks. It's about creating connections, remembering someone's favorite cocktail, welcoming a regular back by name, introducing a guest to something new, and creating the kind of experience that makes people want to return.

Our philosophy is simple:

If we take care of our staff, our staff will take care of our guests. Our employees are the heart of our restaurant. We want you to feel valued, respected, supported, and appreciated—not like another name on a schedule. We invest in our team through training, recognition, multiple staff outings, team-building experiences, and opportunities to grow your knowledge and your craft. We work hard, especially when the bar is full and the tickets don't stop coming—but we also believe in celebrating and taking care of the people who make our success possible. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, personality, and hospitality. Create consistent, beautifully presented cocktails while following house recipes, proper measurements, and presentation standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Help guests discover something they'll love by asking questions, listening, and making thoughtful suggestions. Build relationships with regulars while making first-time guests feel just as welcome. Maintain strong knowledge of our cocktail program, spirits, wine, beer, seasonal offerings, and menu. Prepare your bar for success by maintaining proper stocking, organization, cleanliness, garnishes, and supplies. Work efficiently during high-volume service without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or hospitality. Communicate and work closely with servers, support staff, kitchen employees, and management because we succeed as one team. Take ownership of your bar while also recognizing when a teammate needs an extra hand. Handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to make things right. Follow responsible alcohol service, ID verification, sanitation, and safety standards at all times. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely loves being behind the bar. Previous bartending experience and strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer are highly valued. Experience in an upscale, craft cocktail, high-volume, or full-service restaurant environment is preferred. But knowledge can be taught. Character matters just as much. We're looking for someone who is dependable, kind, confident, motivated, professional, and willing to contribute to the entire team. Someone who can handle a packed bar and a screen full of service tickets while still making the guest sitting in front of them feel noticed. We want bartenders who take pride in their craft, care about consistency, want to continue learning, and understand that there is always something to do and always someone on the team who may need a hand. Why Choose Us? Because you're not "just the bartender." You're part of the reason guests come back. You're the person they celebrate birthdays with, stop in to see after a difficult day, trust to recommend their next favorite cocktail, and remember when they're deciding where to spend their Friday night. And we believe the people who create those experiences deserve to feel appreciated too. We are committed to building a workplace where our employees feel supported, respected, and genuinely valued. We plan multiple staff outings and team events throughout the year to build friendships, strengthen our team, relieve some of the stress that comes with hospitality, and remind our people that their hard work doesn't go unnoticed. There will be slammed nights. There will be endless tickets. There will be moments when you're making five cocktails while someone asks for another ranch. That's hospitality—and you won't be doing it alone. If you're looking for more than another bartending job and want to be part of a team that works hard, laughs together, supports one another, takes pride in what we serve, and genuinely cares about its people, we'd love to meet you.
