As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring the highest standards of service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process orders efficiently using the Aloha POS system, ensuring accurate billing. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for banquet events or special occasions. Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and alcohol service. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong math skills for accurately processing transactions and managing cash flow. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of various drink recipes, cocktail preparation techniques, and garnishing methods is beneficial. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
