Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Develop new beverage recipes and stay current on industry trends to keep our offerings innovative and appealing. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Handle cash handling procedures, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments; food service experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous bar management experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills. Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management.
